I'm a Hispanic kid from a family that had to make every dollar count. We didn't come from money. We came from work.
My first job was flipping burgers at McDonald's. Hot kitchen, late shifts, the smell that doesn't come out of your clothes. That was the grind. That's where I learned what hard actually means.
I'm not the loudest. I'm not the most liked. I'm not the one with the rich parents or the head start. I'm the one who didn't quit. I built every step myself.
